The hotel was very clean and looked exactly like I am accustomed to at Hamptons, making me feel pleased upon arrival. However, there were some hassles and mistakes that affected my experience.

I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The room had a big window which brought in natural light and offered a view of the landscape, but it had roaches and took three attempts to be properly cleaned. Unfortunately, they didn't have any pet-friendly rooms available. The service was good overall, especially with housekeeping, but the lack of a welcome drink or happy hour was a bit disappointing. The location was great for our needs and offered clean bedding and good security, although it was overpriced. Dining had its ups and downs with great eggs but a lack of orange juice and yogurt for two consecutive days. The location was close to the Swamprabbit Trail and various restaurants and entertainment options.

I found the hotel to be a perfect choice for my needs being close to Furman, with remodeled and clean rooms. The location made it ideal, even though the space for personal items was limited. The service was exceptional, especially with the housekeeping and the welcome drink offered. While the dining experience was delightful with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs, the juice was a bit diluted. Overall, a great stay with good value for money.
